Participation in The Pink Spa Bus experience is entirely at your own risk. The services are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed cosmetologists or medical professionals.
As parent or legal guardian, I authorise the application of makeup, nail products, and hair extensions/accessories to my child, and I understand and accept the associated risks — including, without limitation, allergic reactions, skin irritation, choking, and other injury. I confirm I have disclosed any known allergies or conditions.
I release and hold harmless The Pink Spa Bus, its owners and staff, from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation. I grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotion on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). The signer must be 18 or older; a parent or legal guardian must consent for any minor.
